We take the utmost care to ensure that your products arrive in an excellent condition! All packages will be picked up by our courier within 1 working day of receiving payment. Total delivery duration for in-stock items are between 3 working days for local orders and 3 - 12 working days for international orders.

Every purchase comes FREE for orders more than $45 delivery or $5 if your order is less than $45. We ship all orders via our outsourced Courier Service with tracking number provided. This is to ensure complete transparency in your transaction. You can enter your tracking number in the website to see 1) when we shipped it and 2) the location of your shipment.

All relevant information will be automatically sent upon confirmation of orders after checking out in the shopping cart. Should you not be around to receive your parcel, you may wish to track your package at  http://www.ninjavan.sg/.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - REGULAR COURIER SERVICE

 Delivery Duration:  6 - 12 working days (for in-stock items)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE

 Delivery Method:  Courier Service (DHL)
 Delivery Duration:  3 - 5 working days (for in-stock items)
 Cost:  $28 Shipping Fee for all amount of order
 Tracking:  Tracking number provided


Every purchase comes with $8/$28 international shipping fee for all amount of orders, no minimum purchase. We ship all orders via our outsourced Courier Service with tracking number provided. This is to ensure complete transparency in your transaction. You can enter your tracking number in the website to see 1) when we shipped it and 2) the location of your shipment. 

All relevant information will be automatically sent upon confirmation of orders after checking out in the shopping cart. Should you not be around to receive your parcel, you may wish to track your package at  http://www.ninjavan.co/ for regular courier service and http://www.dhl.com/ for express courier service.

*Kindly note that at the moment we only ship to Peninsular Malaysia (aka West Malaysia).

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

At Feel Beautiful / Goo Bucket, we are committed to offering our customers the best service possible, with the best quality items, shipped in the best manner. Of course, sometimes things may not always go as planned. So if you happen to be unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we would be glad to offer you a 1-to-1 replacement, store credits or a full refund if the item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

To return your product, simply logon and click on "Orders" inside your "My Account" page. All orders will have a Return button enabled for 14 days upon date of receiving the parcel. If the button doesn't appear immediately, please allow 1 working day.
 

  1. share with us why you are unhappy with your package via email,
    • Drop us an email at enquiries@feelbeautiful.com.sg or enquiries@goobucket.com.sg
      
  2. return it within 14 days upon receiving it using Ninjavan,
    • 14 days will be counted from the date that our courier delivers/attempts delivery, to the date the customer brings it back to the post office and registers it for re-delivery.
      
  3. ensure that the product is in good condition with the Original Product box intact,

    • please email us the Tracking Number after the item has been sent.


If items are returned due to defect, we will refund you the shipping cost. Please note this applies to local orders. It is our hope that this will enable you to have a pleasant shopping experience and of course for you to return as our loyal customer! :)
